A reminder: Wednesday, August 8th "Baffling Bill" the magician will be 
here at 10 a.m. you will not want to miss the finale program.

Scavenger Hunt: With A Twist!

 Teams- open your envelopes! Use what is inside to purchase an item uptown.

Wonder how much is in here? 

What?!

You've got to be kidding! $1 to shop uptown?

The mission was to purchase an item then receive their next 
set of directions at the park.
Everyone was asked to fill out a fact sheet, and make a story based on 
their purchase.

First team arrived with a bottle of bubbles. This should be an interesting story girls.

These two had a crazy bird and an atlas. Hmmm.

Finally everyone arrived and got busy writing up the bones of their story.

Time to return to the library- that's where the ice cream is.

Refreshed, everyone was ready to share their stories with the group.

It's a mystery!

Armada Fire Department Visits the library

First there were new books to view, 
contests and stories about fire trucks 
and then the "real" firemen came to visit!

Armada fire truck arrived-and the fun began!
