Programs: Summer come in and check it out!
One World, Many Stories begins this Wednesday. All programs for 5-12 year olds will be Wednesdays at 2p.m. beginning June 15th thru August 3rd.
"You Are Here" Passport to Summer 2011for teens: will be for all students entering 6th grade this fall- and will be held on Tuesdays at 12:30.
The dates are: June 14th & 28th July 12th-19th & 26th, August 2nd and our finale will be Tuesday, August 9th.
So every week except for the week of June 20th- July 4th we will meet.
On the off weeks if you bring your passport in to be punched any time during those weeks you will get a treat.
All stamps on your passport go towards prizes at the finale.
Also be filling up your reading log inside your passport for more points- and don't forget the postcard contest!!! Details on the back of your passport!

Come in and register for the Summer Reading Program. Pick up a packet and a rule sheet and begin!

Be watching Magician Jeff Wawrzaszek will be here at the Armada Library Wednesday, June 22nd at 2 p.m. Jeff will wow us with his magic skills!
You won't want to miss any of it so be sure to register for the fun ahead!

Pizza! It's always a good thing-
Yesterday we had 22 pop in for pizza (thank you Aaron from Roma's here in Armada) and journal making. Great fun was had by all and the music was fab! A little Justin, Taylor and the Beatles were among the favs.

Teen Summer Starts this Thursday!
Yep! You heard it right. This week we begin our teen summer here at the library with a pizza party Thursday after school. (it's a half day perfect time to stop in for a bite!)
It will be a great time to meet up with your friends and everyone will have a chance to make a summer journal as well.
This Thursday marks the last day of school, but the first day of the summer contest season. Everyone will receive a "passport" to record books and summer challenges.
All students entering middle school this fall and older are invited to join us. Sign up is not necessary but in order to be eligible for prizes you will need to have a "passport".
We will meet next on Tuesday, June 14th at 12:30. We will be getting a glimpse of Japan-kimonos and chopsticks!
Look forward to seeing you all here!
